摘要
目的探讨老年肺结核合并肺感染通过雾化吸入异烟肼和氨溴索对本病的治疗效果。方法选择老年患者(年龄60～75岁)共60例,按随机双盲方法分成2组,每组30例。2组患者均给予常规抗结核及抗感染治疗,治疗组加用雾化吸入。4周后观察疗效。结果治疗组患者咳嗽、咳痰和胸部CT病灶吸收好转及痰阴转情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入治疗能明显改善老年肺结核合并肺感染患者的临床症状,疗效显著,容易耐受。
Objective To explore the treatment effects of isoniazid combined with ambroxol Inhalation on elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with infection. Methods Sixty elderly patients （60 -75 years old ） were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. Conventional anti- tuberculosis and anti -infection treatment was given to the two groups, in addition, inhalation was given in the treatment group. Results Compared with the control group, Symptoms of cough, expectoration, fever and absorption of chest CT were reduced significantly and the course of treatment was significantly shortened in the treatment group. Conclusion Inhalation therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with infection, and easily accepted.
