摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后意识障碍的原因和治疗对策。方法选择我院2007年1月～2011年6月行TURP 3059例,回顾性分析其中术后出现意识障碍52例的临床资料。结果 51例患者经过纠正引起意识障碍的原因,给予抗炎、给氧、抗休克等治疗后,意识障碍恢复,恢复时间为24～48 h,未留下后遗症。1例脑出血患者遗留轻微偏瘫症状。结论积极处理引起意识障碍的原因,维持患者意识障碍期间生命体征平稳,是处理TURP术后意识障碍的关键措施。
Objective To discuss the causes and countermeasures of conscious disturbance after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）.Methods Among the 3,059 cases receiving TURP in our hospital from January,2007 to June,2011,the clinical data of 52 ones with conscious disturbance after the operation were retrospective analyzed.Results Fifty one cases were recovered by extinction of the causes inducing the conscious disturbance and treatment of anti-inflammatory,oxygen inhalation and antishock.The recovery time was 24-48 h,and no sequela occurred.Light hemiplegic symptom remained in 1 case of cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion The causes of conscious disturbance should be positively handled,and the vital signs of the patients should be remained stable during the period of unconsciousness,which are the key measures in the treatment of conscious disturbance after TURP.
