摘要
针对实例中某大型机床的动横梁夹紧机构的设计进行了分析,考虑机床动横梁自身总质量及附属零部件的总质量非常大及其沿垂直方向可移动的实际工况,分析了液压夹紧机构与机械夹紧机构组合的可行性、合理性与实用性,同时解决了应用的实用性与安全性兼顾的难题。
The design of movable crossrail clamping institution aim at some large machine tool are analyzed,considering the total quality of crossrail and subsidiary parts,and the actual work of vertical direction movement.Analyzes the rationality,feasibility and practicality for combination of the hydraulic and mechanical clamping mechanism.Meanwhile,it solve the problems both the practicality and safety.
