大传动比摆线针轮减速机的改进齿形

摘要 本文提出采用适当参数的短幅外摆线的等距线替代产生自交的短幅外摆线的等距线或复合齿形作为摆线轮的齿形,以便于既能够保持复合齿形提高效率的目的,又能够简化工艺,提高工效,同时满足摆线齿的修形要求,增大齿顶强度,使啮合传动平稳。文中还给出了一种机型的计算结果和放大的图样。 This paper proposes replacing the generating self-cross equ- idistant curve of curtate epicycloid or compound profile by a suitable parameter equidistant curve of curtate epicycloid as the epicycloidal tooth profile,with a view to simplifying technological process and impro- ving productivity,while maintaining the high efficiency of compound profile.Morever,the reduction gear would run more steadily because the requirements of the cycloid tooth are satisfied and the strength of the crest is increased.An exemplary calculation result and and enlarged di- agram of an machine type are provided in this poper.
