妊娠合并原发性血小板增多症剖宫产术中发生呼吸衰竭及休克病例分析 被引量：1

摘要 1病例简介 入院情况：患者平素月经规律6天／37天，末次月经2010年4月14日，停经40＋天查尿HCG（＋），同时出现早孕反应，停经4＋个月自觉胎动，未建册产检。自诉孕早期B超正常，未行唐氏筛查及B超筛查胎儿畸形，未行糖筛，孕中晚期无头晕、头痛及视物不清。
