摘要
目的总结采用杂交手术方法治疗各类复杂主动脉疾病的临床经验。方法对17例主动脉疾病的患者行杂交手术,7例行颈部切口头臂动脉搭桥联合逆行主动脉腔内覆膜支架置入术,10例主动脉瓣替换或(和)SUN's术后,行逆行主动脉腔内覆膜支架植入术。术后随诊复查主动脉CTA,了解人工血管、血管内支架情况及主动脉疾病的变化和转归。结果 17例患者均顺利出院。术后复查主动脉CTA示人工血管通畅,吻合口无狭窄或渗漏,血管内支架无内漏及移位。结论对于各类复杂的主动脉疾病,适当选择杂交手术是一种安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective To summarize clinical experience of hybrid operation for treating various complax aortic dis- ease. Methods Using hybrid operation to treat aortic disease for 17 cases since March 2009 years to December 2010 years, for male 13 cases, female 4 cases, average age is 56.7years. According to different condition select different surgical method, from neck incision taking brachiocephalic artery bypass jointing endovascular aortic stent implanta- tion for 7 cases ; after taking aortic valve replacement or Sun＇ s surgery applying endovascular aortic stent implanta- tion for 10 cases. In order to comprehend the situation of graft, stent and prognosis of aortic disease, Review CTA examination after surgery. Results 17 cases were all discharged. Result of CTA indicate that grafts are unobstructed, there is no leakage or stenosis happened at anastomotic, nor leakage or displacement occur at stent. Conclusion Hybrid operation is a kinds of method with security and effectively to cure various complax aortic disease.
