摘要 1986年,Mosmann和Coffman根据所分泌细胞因子的不同将CD;T细胞分为Th1和Th2两个亚型,Th1分泌效应因子干扰素(IFN)-γ,Th2主要分泌IL-4。20多年来关于Th1和Th2细胞功能的研究形成了对免疫生物学、固有免疫及免疫调节认识的框架。2005年,
