术前肝脏储备功能评估对于精准肝切除实施的意义 被引量:3

摘要 肝切除术是目前治疗原发性肝癌最有效的方法。在肝脏外科最初的发展阶段,肝切除术有着很高的手术并发症发生率和致死率,而随着对肝脏生理功能了解的不断深入以及对肝脏功能和储备功能评估方法的经验积累,自20世纪80年代以来,肝切除术的手术病死率和并发症发生率均已有明显的降低,使肝切除术在一定程度上成为较安全的手术。
