加味四妙勇安汤对冠心病患者血脂和血清高敏C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Modified Simiaoyong′an Decoction on Levels of Blood Lipids and Serum High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的研究加味四妙勇安汤对冠心病(CHD)患者血脂和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将患者随机分为3组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组予加味四妙勇安汤口服,阿托伐他汀干预组予阿托伐他汀10mg晚餐后服,疗程均为6周。常规治疗组仅给予常规治疗。比较3组治疗前后血脂及血浆hs-CRP水平。结果 治疗组及阿托伐他汀干预组治疗后血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和hs-CRP水平下降程度均优于常规治疗组,组间疗效相近。结论加味四妙勇安汤对冠心病患者具有调脂和抗炎作用。 To study the effect of Modified Simiaoyong'an Decoction on the levels of blood lipids and the serum of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Meth- ods:Patients with CHD were divided randomly into 3 groups with routine therapies.The treatment group was given Simiaoyong^an Decoction and the intervention group was given atorvastatin. The treatment period was lasted for 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, fasting venous blood samples were collected to detect the concentration of blood lipids and hs-CRP. Results: After treatment, the serum total cholesterol (TC), the triglyceride (TG), the low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and the hs-CRP levels in treatment group and intervention group were all decreased significantly. These levels in above 2 groups were lower remarkably than those of in the con- ventional treatment group. Conclusion: Modified Simiaoyong'an Decoction has lipid-regulating and anti-inflam- matory effects in CHD.
