摘要
目的观察紫英颗粒对过敏性紫癜(热毒血瘀证)患者尿β2微球蛋白和微量白蛋白的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服紫英颗粒,对照组口服强的松;4周为1疗程。结果 两组患者尿β2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白治疗后均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组。结论紫英颗粒能明显降低过敏性紫癜患者尿β2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白的表达水平。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of Ziying Granule on urinary albumin and urine microglobulin β2 in epidemic heat and blood stasis syndrome of patients with anahylactoid purpura. Methods：Cases in epidemic heat and blood stasis syndrome of anahylactoid purpura were divided randomly into the treatment group with Ziyiug Granule and the control group with prednisone. The treatment course was lasted for 4 weeks. Results：After treat- ment, the urinary albumin and the urine microglobulin β2 were decreased significantly in 2 groups. Moreover, the reduction degree in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion：The urinary albumin and the urine microzlobulin β2 could be reduced by the Ziyiine Granule.
