弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤继发第二肿瘤三例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的提高对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）治疗后继发第二肿瘤的认识。方法收集山西省肿瘤医院1993年1月至2010年12月收治的3例DLBCL继发第二肿瘤患者临床资料并行回顾性分析，同时结合文献加以讨论。结果3例DLBC患者中，2例治疗后分别继发白血病、肝癌，为异时性多原发恶性肿瘤；1例继发食管癌，为同时性多原发恶性肿瘤。结论DLBCL合并第二肿瘤患者疗效差，治疗后要长期密切随访，对第二肿瘤要尽可能早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗。
