摘要
由于神府煤内在水分含量高且氧含量高,很难制得高浓度的水煤浆.通过粒度配比和分散剂复配等实验,研究其成浆工艺条件,得出神府煤三级级配粒度比为500目∶325目∶200目=5∶1∶4,复配添加剂月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和木质素磺酸钠比为0.8∶0.8时,可以制备出黏度为1 020mPa.s,稳定性为15d,浓度为62%的较高浓度水煤浆.
Due to SF coal has high content of moisture and oxygen-containing groups, so it's difficult to obtain high-concentration coal-water slurry. In this paper, we have studied the preparation process conditions of coal-water slurry has particle classification and dispersant com- pound etc. Research has demonstrated that when the ratio of particle classification 500 mesh, 325 mesh and 200 mesh is 5 : 1 : 4, the ratio of dispersant of ethoxylated dodecylalcohol and sodium lignin sulfonate is 0.8 : 0.8, the coal-water slurry has the lowest apparent viscosity for 1 020 mPa s, the best stability of 15 d and the higher concentration of 62%.
