牵张成骨术在唇腭裂术后颅面骨畸形治疗中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 唇腭裂是比较常见的先天性发育畸形。唇腭裂患儿在经过传统手术后常继发不同程度的颅面骨发育不全,表现为上颌骨发育不足,导致面中部、鼻部、眼部等畸形,若长期得不到妥善治疗可影响咬合、发音、呼吸、容貌,并对患儿心理造成不良影响。研究表明,约25%的唇腭裂患者术后远期伴有上颌骨发育不良。因此,唇腭裂患者术后还需进行矫治手术治疗。传统矫形手段往往因为移动颌骨的距离有限，常需配合植骨和下颌矢状截骨，对颧眶及鼻根塌陷改善不明显，达不到较好的治疗效果。
