经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石术(PCNL)治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石的效果。方法输尿管上段嵌顿性结石患者86例,随机分为两组,A组41例采用PCNL治疗,B组45例采用经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术(URL)治疗。结果两组患者术中均无寒战、术后均无高热等表现,均无明显出血。A组手术成功率为100%,手术时间为(40±16.5)min,碎石时间为(15±10.5)min,住院时间为(9±2.5)d,术后无石率为100%,发生手术并发症0例;B组分别为80%、(35±15.5)min、(25±12.5)min、(7±2.6)d、71.11%,手术并发症3例,其中输尿管肉芽增生出血1例,输尿管穿孔2例;两组手术成功率、碎石时间、术后无石率相比,P均<0.05。结论 PC-NL治疗输尿管上段嵌顿性结石较URL具有更高的手术成功率与术后无石率,安全性更好。
