摘要
本文通过实际调查研究,深入分析当前包括工人、农民、知识分子和社会新阶层的我国社会阶层构成新变化及其对党群关系的影响,剖析了新时期党加强与不同社会群众联系的基本经验、存在的主要问题及深层原因,最后有针对性地提出新形势下进一步密切党同各阶层群众联系的对策建议。文章对正确认识当前我国社会阶层新变化及其对党群关系的影响,切实加强党同群众密切联系具有重要参考意义。
On the basis of on-site investigations, this paper profoundly analyzes new structural changes in our country of social strata including workers, famers, intellectuals, and new social strata and the impacts on the Party -masses relationship by these changes. It analyzes the basic experience, and the major problems and their pro- found reasons in the Party＇ s efforts to strengthen its relationship with different strata of masses. The paper eventual- ly proposes precisely targeted countermeasures for the Party to further intensify its relationship with different strata of masses in the new situation. The paper has great reference value for the correct understanding of current new chan- ges of social strata in our country and their impacts on the Party-masses relationship, and for the effective strength- ening of the Party＇ s intimate ties with the masses.
