摘要
分析广西 1999年度 (1998年 12月至 1999年 11月 )的气候状况 ,其特点为 :各地年平均气温 17.3~2 3.8℃ ,比常年偏高 0 .5~ 1.3℃ ;有 49个县市 (占 5 6 % )气温异常偏高 ,有 2 5个县市 (占 2 9% )气温显著偏高 ;全区年平均气温 2 1.2℃ ,比常年偏高 0 .8℃ ,与 1998年并列为广西自 195 9年以来第 2暖年。年降水量为 92 8~2 399m m,与常年相比 ,桂北正常到偏多 3成 ,桂南正常到偏少 2成。年日照时数 10 6 0~ 2 36 2 h,大部地区比常年偏少 5 0~ 30 0 h。主要气候事件及其影响以大范围长时间冬春连旱最为突出 ,其次是汛期局部暴雨洪涝。 1999年度气温异常偏高 ,降水接近常年 ,日照稍少 ,冬春连旱严重 ,对农业生产的影响利弊同存 ,属正常偏好年景。
The analysis founds that the average temperature ranges from 17.3℃ to 23.8℃ all around the Guangxi region in 1999 (Dec. 1998 ~ Nov. 1999), 0.5℃ ~ 1.3℃ higher than that in normal years. Temperature in 49 counties (covering 56%) are abnormally high and that in other 25 counties (covering 29%) are obviously higher. The average temperature all around the Guangxi region is 21 3℃, 0 8℃ higher than that in normal years. This is the second warmest year since 1959 in a row with the year of 1998. The annual precipitation of the year range from 928mm to 2399mm, 30% more than that in normal years in the northern part of Guangxi and 20% less in the southern part of the region. The hours of sunlight range from 1060hr to 2362hr, 50 ~ 250hr less than that in normal years in most part of the region. The top climatic event and its influence are the serious draught in a wide range lasting from spring to winter. The second event is the local flood and waterlogging caused by torrential rain. In general, the advantage for agriculture with the abnormally higher temperature and normal precipitation and the disadvantage with the sunlight shortage and the continuous serious draught in spring and winter co-exist in the year of 1999, it is a normal, even a better year in climate.
