摘要 在机体的免疫应答过程中,IL-2和IL-2高亲和力受体的相互作用,具有非常重要的意义。高亲和力IL-2受体是由α和β两条链构成的复合物,α链被诱导表达,β链持续表达。现已表明。 In this research. we first subcloned EcoRI restricted the human IL-2Rα cDNA from (?)IL2R2 to pG E M 3 vecter, and then orientation of the insert fragments. By using exonuclease Bal 31, we satisfactorily obtained a number of different DNA fragments with deletions on the 5' ends. These fragments were then force cloned into pG E M 3 cut vector with known orientation. Eight positive clones were selected and identified by restriction enzyme mapping and Southern blotting. For determing the 5' terminal structure of the insert fragments, we have sequenced these individual clones directly in their double stranded forms of recombinant plasmids with the dideoxy chain termination method. The 5' ends of the inserts we subcloned were ranged within bases 114 to 336 of the IL-2R α cDNA.
