摘要
目的分析急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者并急性肾功能衰竭的临床诊断方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院收治的3例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者并急性肾功能衰竭患者的诊疗资料。结果全部患者平均入院治疗(25.63±1.26)d,治疗后患者尿素氮、肌酐、心率均显著下降,血压显著回升,血小板显著改善,P<0.01;病情稳定后均顺利出院。结论对急性早幼粒细胞白血病并急性肾功能衰竭患者给予及时合理的药物治疗联合血液透析治疗可收到令人满意的临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis methods and treatment effect of acute promyelocytic leukemia patients with acute renal failure.Methods Did retrospective analysis the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 3 cases of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia and acute renal failure.Results The average hospital stay time of all patients was 25.63 ± 1.26d,the blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,heart rate of patients after treatment were significantly decreased,blood pressure significantly rebounded,the platelet significant improvement,P0.01;After state of illness was stable,patients were discharged.Conclusion To give timely and reasonable medical treatment combined with hemodialysis treatment for patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia and acute renal failure can receive satisfactory clinical efficacy.
