摘要
空间数据交换标准是国家空间数据基础设施的一个重要组成部分 ,也是目前实现空间数据共享的一个必要手段。国家技术监督局 1 999年 8月 2日发布了“中华人民共和国国家标准地球空间数据交换格式”(简称 CNSDTF,标准编号 :1 7798-1 999)。本文简要介绍CNSDTF的设计思想、主要特征以及数据结构 ,提出了推广我国空间数据交换格式 ,完善与国外 GIS软件的数据接口 ,向空间数据相互操作协议努力的方法 ,与加快我国国家空间数据基础设施建设 ,实现我国空间数据共享的方案。
Geo Spatial Data Transfer Standard is an important part of “National Spatial Data Infrastructure(NSDI)”, as well as a necessary means for data sharing. “Chinese National Geo spatial data transfer format (CNSDTF)” was approved by State Bureau of technical supervision in 1999 with the standard serial number of 17798 1999. After introducing the design ideas, main characters and data structure of CNSDTF, some Geo spatial data transfer methods that are based on popularizing CNSDTF and improving the data transfer with the foreign GIS software, are brought forward. Some suggestions about data sharing and NSDI are discussed.
