新活素对慢性心力衰竭患者血清LVEF及BNP的影响 被引量:7

Changes of Plasma Levels of LVEF and BNP in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure after RhBNP Treatment

摘要 目的探讨经新活素治疗后,慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平及左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。方法观察78例CHF且心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的患者,在常规治疗的基础上加用新活素治疗1周。治疗前后分别检测血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平及行多普勒超声检查LVEF。分析治疗前后LVEF及BNP的变化。结果治疗组与对组总有效率分别为95.12%和91.89%,但两组没有统计学意义(P>0.05);LVEF平均水平较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05);BNP平均水平与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.01)。结论新活素可显著有效升高患者LVEF,改善左心功能;且降低血浆BNP水平,改善患者预后。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and left-ventricle-ejection-acfion(LVEF) in patients with chronic heart failure after Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP) treatment.Method Seventy-eight patients with chronic heart failure for Ⅲ,Ⅳ grade were divided into the control group(n=37)treated with routine therapy and the treatment group(n=41)treated with rhBNP based on routine therapy for one week.After 1 week the changes of BNPand LVEF were observed and compared between two groups.Results After 1 week treatment,The effective rate was 91.89% in treatment group,and 95.12% in control group,but the difference between them was unsignificant(P0.05).The levels of plasma BNP were decreased,while LVEF were ascended in the two groups(P0.01),and the changes were significant diferences bet ween the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion In the patients with chronic heart failure,after treated with rhBNP,LVEF and cardiac function would be improved,while BNP would be decreased.
