盐酸右美托咪定对老年结肠癌患者术后认知功能的影响 被引量：26

摘要 目的研究盐酸右美托咪定对老年结肠癌患者术后认知功能的影响。方法选择2010年1月至2011年11月在我院拟行结肠癌根治术患者80例。随机分成2组:试验组为盐酸右美托咪定组,共39例;对照组为生理盐水组,共41例。试验组患者术前及术中给予盐酸右美托咪定静脉泵入,对照组给予生理盐水。两组分别于术前1d和术后3d进行MMSE评分。结果两组患者基线资料具有可比性(P值均>0.05)。试验组和对照组在术后3d认知功能均有所下降,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(试验组P<0.05;对照组P<0.01)。比较两组术后MMSE评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组分别有6例(14.2%)和16例(38.5%)患者发生认知障碍,且主要为轻度认知障碍,但两组构成比差异并未发现有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年结肠癌患者术前及术中应用盐酸右美托咪定可改善患者术后的认知功能。
