肝硬化并自发性腹膜炎的临床诊治分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析肝硬化合并自发性腹膜炎患者的临床诊断和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院在2009年1月至2011年1月期间收治的肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎患者的临床治疗资料,对患者的诊断及治疗结果进行分析。结果本组患者共计219例,在治疗过程中患者痊愈107例,好转49例,无效63例。结论肝硬化并自发性腹膜炎在临床治疗过程中的整体治疗效果并不理想,在治疗过程中需要及早对患者进行确诊,提高患者的临床治疗效果。
