摘要
目的探讨胫腓骨长斜形、螺旋形骨折闭合复位钢针内固定的治疗方法及效果。方法自2007年6月至2010年6月,我们开始根据一年轻女性患者要求,骨折既要对位好,外表又不留瘢痕,采用在C形臂透视下闭合复位钢针内固定治疗胫腓骨长斜形、螺旋形骨折31例。结果本组骨折均愈合,随访时间6～12个月,平均9个月。膝、踝关节功能好,肌肉无萎缩现象。结论在C形臂透视下闭合复位钢针内固定治疗胫腓骨长斜形、螺旋形骨折,损伤小,外表不留瘢痕,固定较稳定,可早活动,是一种较好的治疗方法 。
Objective To explore the of the method and result fibular long inclined form,tibial fracture spiral closed reduction in the treatment of fixed needle.Methods From June 2007 to June 2010,we began to young female patients require according to 1 fracture both good counterpoint,appearance and leave scar.In the C-arm perspective closed reduction steel under fixation for pertrochanteric long inclined form,spiral fracture in 31 cases.Results Among all healing fracture,and follow-up time six to 12 months,an average of nine months.The knee,ankle function well,without phenomenon of muscle atrophy.Conclusion In the C-arm perspective closed reduction steel under fixation for pertrochanteric long inclined form,spiral fracture,a little injury,no appearance of scar,fixed a stable,but early activity,is a better way to treat.
