摘要
目的分析昏迷患者的急诊救治措施,探讨提高昏迷抢救成功率的方法。方法总结236例昏迷患者的临床资料,将其中针对病因实施救治措施的186例患者作为观察组,根据症状采取常规抢救措施的50例患者作为对照组,分别统计抢救成功率。结果观察组186例患者中,抢救成功157例,抢救成功率84.4%,其中,好转89例,治愈74例,死亡23例。对照组50例患者,抢救成功36例,成功率72%,其中,好转23例,治愈13例,死亡14例。结论对昏迷患者仔细查体,分析昏迷原因,并根据病因采取积极的急救措施,对提高抢救成功率,减少病残,具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the emergency treament measures of coma patients,and to explore the methos of how to enhance the success rates of coma rescue.Methods The data of 236 cases in coma were summarized,186 cases with pathogenes is and tream entm easure as the survey group,other 50 cases adopted the conventional emergency treatment as the compare group and the success rates of emergency tream entwere an alyzed.Results In the survey group,186 cases were successful,157 cases were in proved,74 caese were cured,and 23 cases were died,the success rate was 84.4%.In the compare group,36 caese were successful rescued,the success rate was 72%,23 cases were improved,13 cases were cured,and 14 cases were died.Conclusion Checking up carefully,asking history detailedly,analysing the reason of coma might be very importan in enhancing the success rates and reducing the kranker rates.
