上市公司管理者薪酬与公司绩效

摘要 本文通过对上市公司有关管理者薪酬存在的问题进行探讨,指出管理者可能出于自身利益考虑,可能通过不同手段来扩大自身利益。建议上市公司分散股权结构,建立合理的激励和内部制衡机制,有效促进上市公司绩效,维护股东权益。
