摘要
本文主要从西部地区矿产资源基本概况 ,西部地区矿产资源开发格局构想 ,合理开发利用西部地区矿产资源的对策三个方面 ,论述了合理开发利用矿产资源 ,对于振兴西部经济以及迎接 2 1世纪中国经济的腾飞 ,所具有的极其重要的战略意义。
