摘要
供热系统从设计、建造、运行、维修、废除各个阶段都是不可忽视的,由于专业的特殊性,系统并不是建设好交付使用就算完结,因为其系统的后期运行管理及是至关重要的。本文简单的介绍了项目管理在供热系统运行过程中的重要作用,并举例说明了先进的管理技术给供热产业带来的变革与效益。
Each phase of design, building, operation, maintaining and abolishing was necessary for heating - supply st＇stem. The system was not finished at the phase of usage and its operation management is most important. This paper introduces the fimction of project managemer, in the operation and states the reformation and benefit of advanced management technique.
