摘要
结合当前加油站大客户管理与开发的现状,分析了客户流失的主要原因,提出了与大客户建立忠诚伙伴关系和改进当前加油站大客户管理与开发的措施,以更好地提高客户满意度,防止客户流失。
Combining the current status of management and development of gas station major clients,the main reasons causing clients drain were analyzed,the measures for establishing loyal partner relation and improving major clients management and development of gas station were proposed in order to raise clients satisfaction and prevent clients drain.
