摘要
针对使用符合标准柴油的车辆冬季不能正常启动的问题,对车用柴油凝点、冷滤点、倾点和浊点等低温流动性能的各项指标与实际应用性能的关系进行了分析测试,探讨了造成冬季结蜡堵塞油路的原因,指出了过量使用降凝剂会造成柴油结蜡的现象发生,为此提出并实施了冬季增加浊点控制,与其他指标综合使用以准确评价车用柴油低温使用性能,避免正常使用条件下产生结蜡。
The reasons causing wax precipitation of diesel and oil circuit blockage in winter were analyzed from the low temperature performance indexes of road diesel,such as freezing point,cold filter plugging point,pour point,and cloud point.In order to prevent wax precipitation caused by excessive addition of diesel pour point depressant,it was proposed that cloud point control was added in winter combining other indexes to evaluate low temperature performance of road diesel,and to avoid wax precipitation under the normal using conditions.
