摘要
提高软件服务业的投资效益和管理水平,是信息产业高速发展过程中需要重点解决的问题.本文在分析我国软件服务业发展与引导决策现状的基础上,从未来需求、决策模型、决策流程、决策方法和决策系统设计几个方面对软件服务业发展与引导决策体系的内在运行机理进行研究,并据此建立了软件服务业发展引导决策平台,为推进软件服务业决策科学化和制度化提供理论依据和应用实践,为其他行业的发展与引导决策系统构建提供了借鉴.
How to elevate investment profit and management level of software and information service in- dustry is the key issue needed to be focused on during the highspeed development process of information industry. On the basis of analyzing development and guidance decisionmaking situation of domestic software services, from several viewpoints such as future demand, decisionmaking model, decisionmaking procedure, decisionmaking method and decisionmaking system design, this thesis researches into the development and internal operation mechanism of guidance ＆ decisionmaking of domestic software and information service as well as building usoftware and information service development guidance and decisionmaking platform, which can offer theory foundation and practical application for scientific and systematic software and information service decisionmaking and a reference for construction of other industry development b- guidance and decisionmaking system.
