介绍一种智能单相电表设计的基本原理与实现,详细讨论了硬件功能电路的设计方法。它包括电源模块、计量模块、控制模块、显示模块、存储模块等。该电表选用美国Cirrus Logic公司的CS5463是电能专用计量芯片,此芯片是单相双向功率/电能集成芯片,它内部集成了2个Δ-Σ模数转换器,有AC和DC校准及相位补偿功能,也可以进行多种电能的高速计算,数据通过串行接口对外连接。并以NXP的LPC1754作为系统处理器。重点介绍该电表电源和电能计量模块的工作原理和设计方法。
A kind of intelligent single-phase electric meter of the basic principle of design is introduced,and the hardware function in detail the design method of the circuit is discussed.The system includes the module of power,the measurement of module,the control of module,the display of module and store of module.The CS5463 special electrical measurement chip of Cirrus Logic of the United States is used,which is an integrated power device which combines two Δ-Σ analog-to-digital converters,and it has AC and DC calibration function and phase compensation.The high-speed electric energy can be calculated,and the serial interface is used for data connections.The LPC1754 is used as a system processor from NXP company.The electric meter power and electricity measurement modules of the work principle and design method are mainly introduced.
