主要讨论益生素的起源 ,使用的微生物种类、作用机理 ,国内外应用现状 。
WT5”BZ]:In this paper,microecologicalagents——probiotics is introduced.The origin of probiotics,the species of microorganism and mechanism for probiotics,the situation of application both at homse and abroad,the usage and attention,the problem to solution and the direction of research are discussed respectively.
