深刺八髎穴为主治疗糖尿病性大便失禁1例 被引量：4

摘要 1病例介绍患者,女,64岁,退休教师,就诊日期2011年8月3日,主诉大便不能控制1月余加重1周。患者最近1月时有大便漏出而不自知,小便或咳嗽或排气时大便溢出,干大便能控制,最近1周症状加重。Wexner评分[1]为12分：见表1。既往有Ⅱ型糖尿病20年,现以注射胰岛素控制血糖,血糖控制尚可。有抑郁症、失眠病史,间断性服药（具体用药不详）。
