摘要
近年来慢性心力衰竭患者出现肾功能不全即心肾综合征的问题,逐渐引起人们注意。本文回顾性分析了2010年1月～2011年9月江苏省中医院心内科共收治慢性心力衰竭病人220例,其中出现肾功能不全者30例的临床资料,总结出一般护理如休息、活动、饮食,针对水肿、尿少、恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、贫血、排便、呼吸困难、药物及心理护理、出院护理体会,以提高患者的生活质量。
This paper analyses 220 chronic heart failure patients,30 of which come with cardiorenal syndrome. The summary of nursing is general duty nursing such as rest, exercise, food and drink care, clinic nursing such as edema, hypourine, nausea and vomit, defecation, Itch of skin, hypemia, dyspnea, drug, and psychic care discharge nursing. These may give patients better life.
