摘要
实验测定了仲丁醇-水-(NH4)2SO4体系在25℃时的液-液相平衡数据,相平衡数据表明产生的仲丁醇相中含有可以忽略的盐,水相中含有可以忽略的仲丁醇,因此采用(NH4)2SO4可以比较有效地分离仲丁醇-水体系.采用Pitzer理论和NRTL方程对液-液相平衡数据进行了关联计算,计算值与实验值吻合较好,说明所选热力学模型对上述体系具有较好的计算精度,为采用硫酸铵分离仲丁醇-水体系提供了基础数据和设计依据.
The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of 2-butanol-water-( NH4 )2SO4 system are determined at 25 ℃. It shows that the salt content in organic phase and the concentration of 2-butanol in water phase are negligible. Thus water can be separated efficiently from 2-butanol-water system by adding (NH4 )2SO4 into the mixture. A theoretical calculation of liquid-liquid equilibrium data is made by using the Pitzer theory and the NRTL equation. The calculation results are consistent with the experimental data and show that the thermodynamic model is of highly calculation accuracy for 2-butanol-water- ( NH4 ) 2 SO4 system.
