摘要
研究低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)对轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶基本性能的影响。结果表明,采用LCBR等量替代顺丁橡胶用于轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶,并采用适量白炭黑等量部分替代炭黑,胶料的加工性能和硫化特性变化不大,硫化胶综合性能提高,特别是耐屈挠性能显著提高。
The effect of low cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(LCBR) on basic properties of the sidewall compound for passenger car radial tire was investigated. The results showed that, in the sidewall compound,when polybutadiene rubber and part of carbon black were replaced by LCBR and silica by equal weight,respectively, the processibility and curing behavior of compound changed little, but the comprehensive properties of vulcanizates were improved, and especially the flexing resistance increased significantly.
