摘要
目的建立科学管理模式，确保一日手术安全顺利有序。方法用程序化标准化制定一日手术腹腔镜下胆囊切除术（LC）配合步骤，建立5个流程及标准，达到安全顺畅的效果。结果实施一日手术658例，未出现手术延误。结论程序化标准化是一日手术安全顺畅快捷的管理保障。
Objective To establish a scientific model of management and to ensure Day surgery to be completed safely, successfully and orderly. Methods The matching works＇ protocol of Day surgery such as laparoscopic cholecysteetomy was sequenced and standardized. 5 procedures and standards were established and their role and effectiveness were evaluated to insure the safety and fluency. Results 658 surgeries were executed safely, successfully and orderly. Conclusions Sequencing and standardization can ensure safety, success and fluency of Day surgery.
