摘要
我国进入 WTO后对农业带来的冲击同时也带来机遇。分析了天津市农业在国内外的地位、差距和比较优势。探讨如何加速我市农业现代化进程 ,针对因应加入 WTO提出了面向国际市场调整农业产业结构 ,发挥比较优势以及加强农业基础条件建设。
Shocking and opportunity will come into being agriculture after China come in WTO,standing,gap and comparation superiority of agriculture of Tianjin are analysed in home and abroad.Proposes are defined,which include adjusting industrial structure of agiculture forward international market,giving full play to comparation superiority,strengthening built of agriculture in basic condition and adjusting relation in production in order to speed up agricultural modernization of Tianjin fiting with WTO.
