摘要
利用 EPS- 98软件进行药剂毒力分析 ,具有快捷、方便、功能多 ,提示式问答输入、可检查纠错、结果输出方式多样、输出结果直观易懂等优点 ,可直接获取优化毒力回归式及相关系数、L D5 0及其标准误和置信限。
EPS 98 is a newly developed software,it has many functions,various result output methods and good result layout,its data input,checking and correcting are very easy.When it is used to estimate pesticide toxicity,the useful results such as optimized toxic regression equation,correlation coefficient,LD50 and its standard error and fiducial limit,LD95 and its standard error can easily be obtained.
