摘要
采用浸叶接虫法及饲料混毒法 ,测定了苦皮藤根皮提取物苦皮藤素对棉铃虫抗性品系 (对氰戊菊酯抗性倍数为 2 42 8、对辛硫磷抗性倍数为 44 4倍 )和敏感品系的毒力 ,结果表明 ,苦皮藤素对抗性品系棉铃虫的拒食中浓度和抑制生长中浓度分别为敏感品系的 2 95和 2 2 8倍。因此 ,抗有机磷及菊酯类农药的棉铃虫品系对苦皮藤素仍有其相应的敏感性。
The resistance level of Helicoverpa armigera Hubner which is a multiple resistance strain (resistant to organophosphorus and Pyrethoid insecticides) to botanical insecticides celangulins was 2 95 fold (bioassay by leaf immersion method) and 2 28 fold (bioassay by sample incorporated in the diet) compared with susceptible strain.The result indicate that botanical insecticides celangulins had no marked cross resistance with organophosphorus (phoxim) and pyrethoid (fenvalerate) insecticides.
