摘要
[目的]建立新桑蚕抗性品种的鉴定制度。[方法]从桑蚕品种耐高温能力、抗病毒病能力、抗氟化物能力鉴定等3个方面对新桑蚕品种抗性鉴定的制度设计进行初步探讨。[结果]桑蚕品种审定抗性鉴定的主要内容包括:抗氟性、耐高温能力和抗病性。另外,对桑蚕小区设计、抗高温鉴定、抗氟鉴定和抗病性鉴定方法也进行了研究。[结论]该研究可为今后桑蚕的抗性育种研究奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the identification system of new resistant variety of silkworm.[Method] The identification system of new silkworm variety＇s resistance was preliminarily discussed from three aspects of heat-resistance,anti-virus and anti-fluoride of silkworm varieties.[Result] The main contents of the resistance identification of silkworm variety appraisal included： fluorin resistance,heat resistance and disease resistance.In addition,the methods of plot design,heat resistance identification,fluorin resistance identification and disease resistance identification of silkworms were studied.[Conclusion] The research could lay the foundation for further study on the resistance breeding of silkworm.
