摘要
[目的]考察普通六元瓜环对紫精衍生物的抑菌活性。[方法]采用1H NMR核磁共振技术、紫外可见吸收光谱和循环伏安法等方法。[结果]紫精衍生物与普通六元瓜环形成作用比例为1∶2哑铃型包结配合物;普通六元瓜环降低了紫精衍生物的扩散速度,基本上没有改变紫精衍生物的还原电位;抑菌试验表明,哑铃型包结配合物的形成,普通六元瓜环对紫精衍生物抑制枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌种群活性起到了增效作用。[结论]结果对提高联吡啶除草剂的药效,降低其对环境的负面影响有重要意义。
[Objective] To study the effect of common cucurbit[6]uril on the antimicrobial activity of viologen derivative.[Method] The 1H NMR technique,UV-Vis spectra and cyclic voltammetry were adopted.[Result] Dumbbell-shaped inclusive compound was formed with viologen derivative and cucurbit[6]uril at the ratio of 1∶2.Common cucurbit[6]uril reduced the diffusion rate of viologen derviatives without changing its reduction potential.The experiment showed that the Dumbbell-shaped inclusive compound and common cucurbit[6]uril improved and strengthened the antimicrobial activity of the viologen derivative on Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli.[Conclusion] The results have great significance to improving the efficacy of bipyridine herbicides and reducing its negative impact on environment.
