新疆洋海古代麻黄的化学成分研究 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]通过对古代麻黄中化学成分进行分离鉴定来探讨其化学成分的稳定性。[方法]采用乙醇回流提取法提取麻黄中的化学成分,并采用色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,然后通过波谱分析鉴定其化合物的结构。[结果]从古代麻黄乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷-4″-E-(4-羟基)-肉桂酸酯(3)、刺五加酮(4)、胆甾-5-烯-3β-正十四酸酯(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、正二十八烷醇(7)和正二十六羧酸(8)。[结论]研究发现,麻黄中黄酮类成分结构比较稳定。 [Objective] To investigate chemical constituents of the ancient Ephedra species.[Method] The chemical constituents were extracted from the ancient Ephedra species by ethanol reflux method,further separated by column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by spectral data analyses.[Result] Eight compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Ephedra sp.and identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-ramnopyranoside(1),quercetin-3-O-β-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-ramnopyranosyl-4″-O-E-(4-hyd-roxy)-cinnamoyl(3),ciwujiatone(4),tetradecanoyl-cholest-5en-3β-ol(5),β-sitosterol(6),octacosanol(7),and hexacosanoic acid(8).[Conclusion] Flavonoids in the ancient Ephedra species could stably preserved and indicated some level of phytochemical fidelity.
