不同环境因素对不同细菌过氧化氢酶产生的影响

摘要 [目的]研究不同环境因素对不同细菌过氧化氢酶(CAT)产生的影响。[方法]以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌为供试菌种,研究不同氯化钠浓度、不同过氧化氢浓度、不同温度和不同氧浓度对这几种细菌过氧化氢酶产量的影响。[结果]几种供试菌种均受到氯化钠、过氧化氢、温度和氧浓度不同程度的影响,在低氯化钠和过氧化氢浓度下,这几种供试菌产过氧化氢酶量较高,但随着氯化钠和过氧化氢浓度的升高,各菌的酶活迅速下降,导致菌体不生长,甚至死亡;在高温和低温下,供试菌的过氧化氢酶产量明显减少;随着氧浓度的下降,供试菌的过氧化氢酶产量也明显减少。[结论]为后续关于CAT在乳酸菌中的重组及其抗环境胁迫的研究提供试验依据。 [Objective] To study the effect of different environmental factors on the production of CAT from different strains.[Method] With Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Lactococcus lactis as the test strains,the effects of different concentrations of NaCl,H2O2,temperature and oxygen on their CAT production were studied.[Result] All the test strains were affected by the NaCl,H2O2,temperature and oxygen to different extents,under low concentration of NaCl and H2O2,the CAT production was higher from these strains,but with the increasing concentrations of NaCl and H2O2,the activity of catalase would decrease rapidly and stop grow even die.Under both high and low temperatures,the CAT production from the test strains significantly reduced,and it also decreased as the oxygen concentration lowered.[Conclusion] The study provides experimental basis for the reconstruction of CAT in Lactococcus lactis and against environmental stress.
