A New Design of Communication and Control System for Coal Mine

摘要 针对目前我国煤矿井下综采自动化程度低,设备控制、环境监测与人员通信等各个子系统功能单一,缺少互联性,且国外同类产品价格昂贵等情况,设计了一种基于嵌入式处理器和CAN总线技术的新型矿用通信与控制系统。系统根据"管控一体化"的思想,使煤矿在"采、掘、运、风、水、电、安全"等生产环节全面实现自动化监控,不仅将煤炭开采、通信等各个环节统一在一个平台上,形成完整的有机整体,而且在实现各种控制功能基础上,降低成本,提高系统普及性。 At present,the fully mechanized automation degree is low in China.The device control and environmental monitor and personnel communication functions remain single,lacking connectivity.Meanwhile,the prices of similar foreign products are expensive.So a new type communication and control system is designed based on embedded processor and CAN bus technique.According to "integrative management and control" principle and make coal mine and other production process realize fully auto-monitoring in "mining and excavation,transportation,wind,water,electricity,security".This system does not only organize all steps such as exploration and communication on one platform as a whole,but also reduce cost and improve popularized of the system.
