摘要
广播电视大学系统是组建远程开放大学,进而形成国家开放大学体系的现实基础。从国家开放大学体系建设、现代信息技术与远程教育日渐深度融合的背景出发,基于内蒙古电大的客观实际,以实事求是、适应发展为出发点,通过实证研究分析了内蒙古电大适应与跟进趋势变化、实现科学发展所面临的转型障碍并提出对策。
Radio and television university system is the basis to set up open and distance university,then form the state of Open University system.This paper is according to the background of National Open University system and the close integration of modern information technology and distance open education,based on the objective reality of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television University,basing on the principle of being practicle and realistic,and suitable to the development,through the empirical research Inner Mongolia Radio and Television University will analyse the obstacle in the process of adaption and changes,and propose development countermeasures.
