摘要
职业准入制度是国际上通行的一种对技术技能人才的资格认证制度。从中国的实际情况看,建立图书馆员职业资格认证制度十分必要,可以从源头净化馆员队伍、提高图书馆的服务质量,有利于图书馆教育事业的发展、提升图书馆的社会地位、实现图书馆事业的国际化;实践证实建立这一制度是可行的,这是传统图书馆自身发展的需要,且国内已经有成功的经验。
Professional permitting system is an international qualification authentication system to the people with special skills.As far as the real condition of our country,the establishing of librarian professional qualification authentication system is of significance.It can thoroughly refine librarian group,improve the quality of library services,do good to the development of library education,enhance the social state of library and realize the libraries＇ internationalization.It is feasible.On the first hand,our country has the successful experience.What＇s more,there are needs that we should refer to the successful experience of other countries.At last,the achievements of the aspects are remarkable.
