摘要
对国内外阅读疗法研究的进展情况进行了综述分析,揭示了我国关于大学生心理问题阅读疗法研究中存在的不足和问题,提出了未来基于大学生心理问题阅读疗法研究的建议和对策。
This paper reviews the theory reading therapy on domestic and foreign literature,indicates that reading therapy is an effective measure of psychological Problems of university students,puts forward suggestions for research on bibliotherapy based on psychological problems of university students.
