摘要
老子主张"无为而治"的哲学观基础是"道法自然",即顺应自然规律。但老子的"无为而治"并不是什么都不做,而是通过顺应自然规律的作为,最后达到"无不为"的目的。老子"无为而治"管理思想对现代管理的启示是"有所为"和"有所不为"。
The philosophy view ＂to govern by non-interference＂ by Laotz is based on that ＂Tao complies with nature ＂,which means to comply with the law of nature.Laotz＇s ＂to govern by non-interference ＂means not to do anything,but to conform to the law of nature as to achieve the purpose that ＂nothing couldn＇t be done＂.The revelation from the management thought ＂to govern by non-interference＂ by Laotz to the modern management is that the managers should know what could do and what couldn＇t do.
