摘要
目的:制备壳寡糖钙配合物,讨论时间和溶液的酸度对配合物形成的影响。方法:用壳寡糖和饱和氯化钙溶液反应合成壳寡糖钙配合物,用红外光谱和紫外光谱等分析测试手段对配合物进行表征。结果:壳寡糖与Ca2+形成了配合物,壳寡糖钙配合物中不仅壳寡糖氨基上的N原子参与了配位,同时仲羟基的O原子也参与了配位。最佳反应时间是0.5 h,pH控制在9.5~10.5之间。结论:壳寡糖可以和钙离子形成壳寡糖钙配合物。
Objective:To prepare chitooligosaccharide-Ca coordination compound,to investigate the effects of reaction time and pH value on the coordination behavior.Method:Coordination compound from chitooligosaccharide with CaCl2 was synthesized,and characterized by IR,UV-vis spectroscopy respectively.Results:Ca2+ ion and chitooligosaccharide formed coordination compound,Ca2+ ion was coordinated with amino groups and secondary hydroxyl groups of chitooligosaccharide.The pH 9.5-10.5,reaction time 0.5 h was the optimum condition of the reaction.Conclusion:Ca2+ ion can coordinate with chitooligosaccharide.
